Head of Digital Transformation & "Human Wealth"

Quentin Boonen joined ALTEA in January 2026 with a clear mission: to turn the firm's organisation into an asset that serves the client.
A graduate with a Master's degree in philosophy, moral philosophy and human sciences from the University of Liège (with distinction), Quentin brings fifteen years of experience in group facilitation and the structuring of collective projects, built before he joined ALTEA. This expertise, rare within a law firm, is now applied to make the firm's organisation smoother, clearer and more responsive for every client.
His role: mapping internal processes, structuring workflows and ensuring that every file receives rigorous, anticipatory follow-up. He also oversees the integration of digital tools and artificial intelligence within the firm's organisation, exclusively to increase responsiveness and improve the quality of service, in strict compliance with the conditions of use set out by ALTEA: systematic human oversight of every file, validation of any output by the firm's lawyers, and data security and confidentiality. Artificial intelligence remains a tool at the service of the lawyers' strategy and legal reasoning, never a substitute for their expertise.
Quentin also contributes to the management of the firm's "human wealth", ensuring that ALTEA's organisation remains true to the values that have guided it since its founding: attentiveness, legal excellence, commitment to fundamental rights, and a constant pursuit of improvement, both in knowledge and in day-to-day operations. This commitment also reflects the attention ALTEA pays to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, in keeping with its wider social and humanist engagement.
One conviction guides his daily work: the best systems are those that evolve without breaking from the habits of the people who bring them to life, day after day, lawyers and clients alike.
