Louise Ramboux earned her Master’s Degree in Law with a specialisation in European Law from the Catholic University of Louvain (UCL) in 2018. Her master’s dissertation dealt with the humanitarian and legal path taken by migrants.
During her final year of Bachelor’s studies, she served as Vice-President of the European Law Student’s Association – Saint-Louis Bruxelles. In her second year of Master’s studies, she studied abroad at the Università Lumsa di Roma as part of an Erasmus exchange.
Louise Ramboux was admitted to the Brussels Bar in March 2019, and works at the Altea law firm in collaboration Céline Verbrouck and the “Immigration and International Family Law” team. She primarily practises in the areas of immigration law (freedom of movement within the European Union, long-term residency, citizenship, family reunification, marriage and legal cohabitation, declarations of paternity, student visas, one-time visas, work visas, international protection, etc.), private international law, and international family law.
