Arnaud Picqué holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles. Prior to this, he earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the Université Saint-Louis Bruxelles in a bilingual French/English programme.
As faculty delegate and Vice President of Education for the student’s representative organisation at Saint-Louis (CAU), he launched a biannual student magazine during his Master’s studies dedicated entirely to public law (the “Revue Etudiante de Droit Public”) with several students from different law faculties in the French Community.
Arnaud Picqué has been a member of the Brussels Bar since October 2019, and is completing his internship with Altea, where he works with Maitres Gourdin and Kaiser.
He primarily practises in the areas of administrative and constitutional law.
In addition to his work as a lawyer, in Autumn 2019 he began teaching Legal Sources and Principles and Administrative Law as a part-time lecturer at the Université Saint-Louis.
He is a member of the Centre de Recherche en Droit Constitutionnel et Administratif (CIRC) at the same university.
